Had a guy reach out to me today and say his accounts were closed on GetResponse and ConvertKit because he was in the 'dating' niche. I didn't realize that they didn't take those niches (I quickly checked, and couldn't see anything within CK's policies about this).
I told him to keep applying to other EMS providers and just switch up his niche as "Men's Health" or something similar.
Do any of you guys know of any EMS providers that take dating niches, and/or anything you'd recommend that guy say or do to get accepted? His site is Where Real Men Meet (dot) com.

@andy Hey Andy, I use Aweber which is very affiliate friendly. Now as for your niche, the only thing that may put you in jeopardy is what is stated in their terms of service.
Here is what's stated in their TOS: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any AWeber server. AWeber will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Now I looked at your site and you're definitely not a porn site, nor are you selling any naughty stuff. I don't see anything that would constitute a violation. So I'm not sure why your account was closed at those other services
Now with that said, the only part of the above statement in their TOS that may put you at risk is the part that says: AWeber will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
I would suggest contacting Aweber and ask them to review your site before you join.
Also, I have never heard of any affiliate in the dating niche having their account shut down using Aweber.
Here is the link to their TOS: https://www.aweber.com/service-agreement.htm
Hope that helped.
@andy I forgot to mention "messages" in my last reply. I tried editing my last reply but I don't see the update so in case my first reply did not update what I forgot to mention was regarding the messages you're sending to your list.
If your messages violated those other services TOS that could be the reason.
In the Aweber TOS under the Prohibited Activities section, the in last paragraph they outline the messages that do violate their TOS. Again here is the link to their TOS: https://www.aweber.com/service-agreement.htm
