So, the plugin that I was using to redirect posts after they were deleted last year, has now given up on me and had to deactivate it because it was giving critical errors on GSC

As I have the 'vault' from Partha, I was wondering if anyone can advise me on a good redirection plugin? thanks!

I might be wrong, and I'll check later tonight if no one else does, but I believe the YOAST (Pro) plugin has redirections built into it. Come to think of it, I think a lot of SEO plugins have that integrated into it. I would check with YOAST first though

Hi - All in One SEO Pro also has a redirect feature and is available in "The Vault."

However, I haven't quite figured out how to get the license key for it, keeps saying it has expired, lol.

Let me know if you are interested in using that one, and I will have another look at it!

@diane thanks, Yoast premium seems to work, so no need to check it 🙂

I use RankMath and actually like the tool.  The initial issue I ad with it is that it changed the SiteMap.  Once I realized that and submitted the new site maps to Google, all was fine.

I did say maps, as it builds one for posts and one for pages.
