So, this is an interesting, yet worrying, story of how an Airbnb host allegedly used AI to fake photos of damage caused to their rental apartment!

YouTube has been hosting fake AI-generated trailers for movies that are still in pre-production. A GREAT way to get banned! 😩

We did the opposite of this when we changed our home insurance. They wanted us to fix a warped wooden fence between us and a neighbor. Not an easy fix so we had ChatGPT fix it. Here’s the GPT fix version, couldn’t find the original one.
