My experience in this area started as a personal effort to enhance my own health after Covid-19 as I almost passed away during that time to realize later the fact that if I had been leading a healthy life and enjoyed a good immune system, this wouldn't have happened to me, and it has now developed into a goal to support others in reaching their wellness objectives.
