Unable to access my messages

Hey @Andy I'm not sure what's happened but every time I try to access my messages inbox on the forum I'm redirected to my profile page. Same if I try to access a specific message from the dropdown which appears when I click the inbox icon.

Any ideas?

Working on this right now. "This has been escalated to our senior admin" *looks around, oh, that's me... gulp* 🤣 🤣 🤣 

 

I'm in the process of fixing it - hang tight. A plugin conflict error. Always hate those, lol.

@rohanm Thanks for pointing this out. Check now - the issue should be fixed.

Anyone else who is reading this, if you have any other problems, or if your profile name has been changed, and I haven't fixed that yet either, please let me know below, and I'll look into it.

Hey Andy,

When I clicked the DMC link in my email, an error page opens, offering wpx hosting. I was using my cell.

However, when I selected the person's profile, I was able to get here...(and write this up).

Can you take a look?

@rudy That usually happens when it's a cache error, or if you accidentally try to log in (or attempt to log in) too many times. Can you try clearing your cache, and if you still see the error wait a hour or two and then try again? If it's still happening again, then just DM the screenshots of what you're seeing, so that I can report this to WPX to see what they can do about it

Ha! It's fixed, sorted out on its own, I guess!!. I tried the precious email link and it opened properly...
