Have you tried contacting Kyle or Carson straight up? Or complain in chat? Ask on the platform about whats going on with site support? I'm sure they will answer quickly then haha!
No longer an issue. I transferred the servers, using the EPP code. I don't think I have to do anything with the WA server addresses...Unless I do...lol
